PRÉLUDE is new program for all singers in grades 5, 6, and 7 who wish to sing as part of Chor Leoni’s Big Roar Singing Festival. The program is sponsored by Chor Leoni and directed by Carrie Taylor. This year there are two PRÉLUDE sections, one at Burnaby Central Secondary, and another at Saint James Music Academy. Keep reading below for more schedule details.

Schedule – BURNABY – 24/25 Season

Friday April 4th, 2025 – rehearsal #1 at Burnaby Central Secondary from 3:30 to 5:00

Friday April 11th, 2025 – rehearsal #2 at Burnaby Central Secondary from 3:30 to 5:00

Friday April 25th, 2025 – rehearsal #3 at Burnaby Central Secondary from 3:30 to 5:00

Friday May 2nd, 2025 – rehearsal #4 at Burnaby Central Secondary from 4:30 – 7:30

5:45pm – Pizza dinner provided

Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 – Time TBC – The Big Roar Choral Festival – at The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts

4:00pm – Perform at The Big Roar concert
